BRAZIL GREEN PROPOLIS

Propolis
Brazil Green Propolis - natural antibiotic
Propolis is a sticky mix of resinous substance collected by bees with their saliva, which is used to protect their hives against viruses and bacteria. The bees use Propolis to coat the walls of the hive, and the entrance to every section and any gap in the hive, to prevent putrefaction and invaders in the hive. In short, Propolis guards the bees' health!

Beneficial Composition of Propolis:

  • Organic Acids - suppress bacteria and inflammatory reactions
  • Flavonoids - main active ingredient in Propolis. Anti-oxidant for human tissues and cells, anti-inflammatory and anti-histamine. It also stimulate collagen synthesis and has functions to repair and rejuvenate tissues.
  • Diterpene - most effective ingredient in Propolis for inhibition of bacteria.
  • Trace Element - more than 30 essential and 8 non-essential trace elements for human body.
  • Natural Phyton - effective ingredient to inhibit bacteria
  • Other Nutrients - resin, fiber, folate, vitamin B, vitamin H and vitamin P
The main ingredient of Propolis is the tree resin collected by bees, some common trees are white polar, eucalyptus, birth tree, so the quality of Propolis will vary according to the place of origin. Propolis is a natural substance, so a 'primitive and unpollluted' environment becomes priority when choosing Propolis.
Of the many different kinds of Propolis, the bes is the 'Brazil Green Propolis' that comes from 500-1500 highlands southwest of Brazil-the most primitive and natural wildlife surroundings with vast forests. This area has the tropical and subtropical climate that breeds bacteria very easily. To survive, the plants in this area produce far more amount of flavonoids than plants in warm or colder climates.
Themedical research team led by Dr. Lee ( of St. Paul's Medical University in Brazil) applies the most advanced Propylene Glycol USP method to extract from propolis fasels. Unlike the traditional alcohol extration, the extracted Propolis is completely water-soluble, 40% of the flavonoids remain( flavonoids content is more than 28mg/ml), and is 5-10 times more active than normal Propolis.

Assessment of the quality of propolis according to the COmplete German Commision E Monograph:
5 mg/ml - 10 mg/ml --------------------- Average Propolis
10mg/ml - 15mg/ml --------------------- Good Propolis
15mg/ml - 20mg/ml --------------------- Excellent Propolis
20mg/ml and up  ------------------------- Premier Propolis
Premier propolis

What Is Osteoarthritis?

Funny Group Of Old People
Osteoarthritis (AH-stee-oh-ar-THREYE-tis) is the most common type of arthritis and is seen especially among older people. Sometimes it is called degenerative joint disease. Osteoarthritis mostly affects cartilage (KAR-til-uj), the hard but slippery tissue that covers the ends of bones where they meet to form a joint. Healthy cartilage allows bones to glide over one another. It also absorbs energy from the shock of physical movement. In osteoarthritis, the surface layer of cartilage breaks and wears away. This allows bones under the cartilage to rub together, causing pain, swelling, and loss of motion of the joint. Over time, the joint may lose its normal shape. Also, small deposits of bone—called osteophytes or bone spurs—may grow on the edges of the joint. Bits of bone or cartilage can break off and float inside the joint space. This causes more pain and damage.

Fish Oil - How To Choose The Best

The omega 3 fatty acids found in fish oil are vital to your good health. However, many people have been led to believe that they'll get these same health benefits from oils like flaxseed, primrose, borage and perilla.
If you're one of these people - I'm sorry to tell you, but you've been misled by aggressive, hype marketing.
What the plant based omega 3 oil manufacturers conveniently forgot to mention is that their products do not contain EPA and DHA, which are the omega 3 fatty acids that have been shown to produce all of the incredible results. Fish is nature's richest source of these two incredible fatty acids.
They also neglect to tell you that flaxseed oil is the exact same thing as linseed oil. "Linum" is Latin for "flax" and linseed oil is used to make furniture polishes, varnishes, printing inks, lacquers and linoleum flooring.

What To Look For In A Fish Oil Supplement

In order to be safe and to make sure you get all the health benefits of increasing the amount of omega 3s in your diet, you should only take fish oil supplements that meet the following criteria:
  • Your fish oil must list the specific species of fish used to make the oil. Salmon, tuna, sardines and anchovies are the richest sources.
  • Your fish oil must contain omega 3 fatty acids - not just "fish oil". They are not the same thing.
  • It should list the total amount of EPA and DHA on the label. This should add up to the total amount of oils in the product. If they don't, you're being sold a bunch of filler oils (yuck!)
  • The oil should be pressed from only the flesh of the fish. Don't accept products that are pressed from heads, tails or internal organs. Why would you want oil from the parts of the fish that humans don't eat?
  • The fish used for the oil should be health screened and disease free. Make sure that the manufacturer knows exactly where their fish are coming from.
  • Your fish oil should be guaranteed to be 100% pure. That means absolutely no toxins, heavy metals or pesticides.
  • Stay away from fish oil that has been molecularly distilled. The distillation process alters the natural form of the oil. Yes, it may remove some of the toxins, but the oil is no longer in it's natural state. As a matter of fact, molecular distillation causes the oil to be oxidized and there's nothing worse for you than an oxidized oil. If your fish oil is molecularly distilled, you should be wondering how polluted the fish oil was to start with that they had to use such an aggressive purification process on it.
